Paid Content Creator
A paid, part-time creator opportunity — Atlantic City, NJ$2,000/mo base
Part-Time, 20–25 hrs/wk
Hybrid — Atlantic City Office
No Experience Required
This is a paid, part-time freelance opportunity based primarily in our Atlantic City office. The schedule is flexible, but it does require consistent weekly participation — this isn’t a post-when-you-feel-like-it role.
This position includes creating subscription-based adult content for platforms such as OnlyFans and Fansly. Alongside that, you’ll create social media content and take part in regular live streaming.
You won’t be doing this alone. ECIM provides training, production support, editing, marketing, and coaching, so you’re supported at every stage — including if you’ve never created content professionally before. No prior experience is necessary.
What this Opportunity Offers
This role is built for someone who wants to build a real creator career, with a team behind them instead of going it alone. You’ll earn consistent base compensation while developing your own audience, backed by the infrastructure, strategy, and production support most independent creators spend years building on their own.
Your job is to focus on creating. We handle the operational work around it — production, marketing, editing, and strategy — so your time goes toward the part that actually builds your career.

Contract Summary
Working with ECIM
Creators work with ECIM as 1099 independent contractors. The relationship starts with a 30-day trial period, during which either you or ECIM may end the arrangement. After the trial, the agreement transitions into a six-month term — either party can still terminate with the required notice, and there is no non-compete.
ECIM owns the accounts and content created through the company system. You retain ownership of your personal image, and you’re free to keep building your personal brand outside ECIM after the relationship ends.
This is a summary, not the full agreement — exact legal terms are provided during the contract process.
The team walks you through everything — I never felt like I was figuring it out alone.
It’s run like a real business. Scheduled shoots, clear expectations, real feedback.
I came in with zero experience and left with an actual audience and a system for building it.
If I have a question, someone actually answers it. That mattered a lot to me.
