This is a paid, part-time freelance opportunity based primarily in our Atlantic City office. The schedule is flexible, but it does require consistent weekly participation. This isn’t a post-when-you-feel-like-it role.
This position includes creating subscription-based content and social media content.
You won’t be doing this alone. ECIM provides training, production support, editing, marketing, and coaching, so you’re supported at every stage, including if you’ve never created content professionally before. No prior experience is necessary.

Schedule
- Part-time, with a minimum commitment of approx. 20 hours per week

- Scheduling is flexible, and creators help determine their own schedule, but weekly minimum requirements must still be completed

Contract Summary
Working with ECIM
Creators work with ECIM as 1099 independent contractors. The relationship starts with a trial period of approx. 30 days, during which either you or ECIM may end the arrangement. After the trial, the agreement transitions into a term of approx. six months. Either party can still terminate with the required notice, and there is no non-compete.
ECIM owns the accounts and content created through the company system. You retain ownership of your personal image, and you’re free to keep building your personal brand outside ECIM after the relationship ends.

Either you or ECIM can end the working relationship during this period. It’s a mutual chance to make sure the fit is right before committing to a longer-term agreement.
How soon would I start?
Start timing depends on the interview and onboarding process, but paid training and onboarding begin as soon as a contract is finalized.
What should I expect during the office interview?
A chance to meet the team in person, see the production space, and talk through the role and expectations in more detail before a final decision is made.
